About Rev

Rev Kombucha uses a revolutionary approach to brewing, flavor and distribution. We blend traditional Oriental tea brewing methods, culinary expertise, and fermentation science with high-quality organic ingredients to craft our unique flavors.

We accomplish this flavor magic by blending our responsibly sourced organic teas and using them as a “flavor canvas” - basically a foundation on which we then add layer upon layer of additional teas, organic herbs or fruits in a thoughtful and precise manner. The final product is a great tasting kombucha made with active bodies in mind. Rev flavors are energizing, balanced and refreshing. The end result is the finest Kombucha you'll ever taste.

Fred Williams and Terrence Moore, with nearly 20 years of combined kombucha brewing experience, lead our team. Fred began his journey in kombucha fermentation and flavoring techniques at a world renowned culinary school, while Terrence gained his expertise by studying with a Russian tea master in Thailand.
