About Rev

Rev was founded by Fred Williams and Terrence Moore, who together bring 20+ years of kombucha brewing experience. Fred began his journey studying fermentation and flavor development at a world-renowned culinary school, while Terrence trained under a Russian tea master in Thailand. Their shared philosophy is simple: great kombucha starts with great tea and a disciplined process.

Sustainability is central to how we operate. Rev Kombucha is served exclusively on tap at bars and restaurants, at farmers markets, and through rentable self-serve dispensers. This eliminates single-use bottles and energy-intensive refrigerated retail displays. Our remotely monitored tap systems can be placed anywhere people gather: college campuses, gyms, apartments, even airports*.

You pour exactly what you want, when you want it, into your own container. You buy by the ounce. You choose your portion. Not us. That way it's always fresher, more sustainable, and gives you complete control.

Rev Kombucha is fermented tea, reimagined.

We brew kombucha differently, and by design. Instead of relying on fruit, sugar, or heavy-handed flavoring, we start where kombucha truly begins: exceptional tea.

Our approach blends traditional tea brewing methods, culinary craft, and fermentation science to create kombucha that is clean, expressive, and balanced. Every flavor begins with carefully selected, premium-grade and responsibly sourced organic teas chosen for their natural ability to express complexity, depth, and surprising flavor.

We treat tea as a flavor canvas. Through layered extraction, precise blending, and controlled fermentation, we build flavor the same way chefs and winemakers do: by intentional and complementary design. Some of our blends combine up to five different tea varietals. The result is kombucha that is vibrant and refreshing, naturally low in sugar, and free from added fruit or artificial flavoring. What you taste comes from the tea itself.

Rev Kombucha is brewed for people who value clarity, balance, and intention. Our flavors are tea-forward, thoughtfully structured, and made to be enjoyed on their own or alongside food, friends, and conversation.
